By providing your mobile number to us, you are agreeing to receive text messages from us regarding your policy or claim, subject to these terms and conditions.
TEXT MESSAGING IS DESIGNED FOR MOBILE USERS. INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR INSURANCE MAY BE PROVIDED THROUGH TEXT MESSAGES, AND WE MAY TEXT YOU TO NOTIFY YOU THAT NEW INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE.
Text messaging from us may include one-time or recurring text messages. You will typically receive text messages from us such as payment reminders, policy or coverage updates, claims information and/or other information related to your policy.
The frequency of text messages may vary. Text messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system to the mobile number you provided. Message and data rates may apply.
If your mobile number changes or you want to use a different mobile number, you must contact us to update your information. You can contact us at 877-268-1408.
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging may not be available with all carriers. For help, text HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To unsubscribe from receiving text messages, you may follow the STOP instructions in any of our messages. Text STOP to opt-out. Following that text message, you may receive one more message confirming you have unsubscribed.
